มาตรา 112 เป็นมาตราหนึ่งในประมวลกฎหมายอาญา ซึ่งบัญญัติไว้ว่า Article 112 is a legal provision in Thailand’s Penal Code which states that;
เอกสารหรือสิ่งอื่นที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือสิ่งที่ขัดต่อศีลธรรมอันดี Confidential correspondence or luggage that violates legal provisions or offends public order and morals

หากข้อความหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญาฉบับนี้ไม่ถูกต้องเนื่องจากขัดกับกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดอื่นในข้อสัญญานั้นๆ หรือส่วนของสัญญานั้นๆ ยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้โดยสมบูรณ์ Should any clause or part of it be held to be invalid because it contravenes any applicable legal provisions, all other terms of any such clause or part of a clause shall remain in full force and effect.

บริษัทไม่ได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่จำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันการกระทำผิดทางอาญาหรือป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดผลกระทบมากขึ้นหรือทำให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามบทบัญญัติทางกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดอาชญากรรมขึ้น The corporation did not conduct the steps needed to prevent the criminal act, or prevented greater impact to occur, or ensured compliancy to the applicable legal provisions to prevent the occurrence of the criminal act.
